The departments of CA-GROUP are like components of a creative engine. This machinery is given a place NOT upon WHAT is the work in course, but upon HOW the work is done. We distinguish 4 types of working interactions: group work in public environment (public), personal work in public environment (semi-public), group work in a private environment (semi-private) and personal work in a private environment (private). Instead of having 4 different rooms, we create a homogenous and continuous space, a single room that flows throughout the three levels of the office, around a central metal box. This box is the architectural device that characterizes and activates the functions of the office, from most public to most private, regardless the department to which any specific activity belongs.
